Silver decorated macaron. Ingredients below only for the shells, the food colouring and the decoration. Flavour ingredients depend on the selected filing.
Ground almonds, icing sugar, granulated sugar, egg whites; humectant: vegetable glycerine E422; colour carrier: mono propylene glycol E1520; thickener: silicon dioxide E551; colours: vegetable carbon E153, calcium carbonate E170i. Decoration: food colour spray (Ethanol; colours: titanium dioxide E171, vegetable carbon E153; propellants: butane E943a, isobutane E943b, propane E944) .
Dairy, nuts (almonds), eggs.
