Festive Espresso

Our macaron take on the classic espresso martini, with a Noël twist. The dark brown shell is adorned with snowflakes and filled with rum and Kahlúa buttercream. The Festive Espresso macaron is bold, sophisticated, and très délicieux.

Icing sugar, ground almonds, granulated sugar, egg whites, unsalted butter, vodka (alcohol), khalua (sugar, water, coffee extract, rum, contains alcohol), coffee powder; humectant: vegetable glycerine E422; colour carrier: mono propylene glycol E1520; thickener: silicon dioxide E551; colours: quinoline yellow E104*, ponceau E124*, brilliant blue FCF E133, vegetable carbon E153. Decoration: glitter (potassium aluminium silicate E555, titanium dioxide E171).
