Mid Blue Vanilla

A classic, light and delicate flavour in a mid blue shell. Vanilla was the first ever flavour of macaron that founder, Rachel, tasted on the Champs Elysées many years ago in Paris which inspired the creation of Mademoiselle Macaron.

Ground almonds, icing sugar, granulated sugar,eggwhites, unsalted butter (milk), vanilla extract, sea salt; humectant: vegetable glycerine E422; colour carrier: mono propylene glycol E1520; thickener: silicon dioxide E551; colours: E122*, E133, E155.
*May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Dairy, nuts (almonds), eggs.
