When founder, Rachel, went to the Alain Ducasse Cookery School, this was the first flavour of macaron she made. Ever since, it's been a firm favourite with the intensity of flavour coming straight from orange zest and juice, no artificial flavourings in sight.
Sugar, egg whites, ground almonds, oranges, orange blossom water, food colourings, glycerine, silicon dioxide, propylene glycol.
Allergens: nuts (almonds), eggs whites.
We use natural and naturally derived food colourings wherever possible but your macarons may contain up to 4 of the following: E129, E124, E104, E122, E110, E133, E155, E153, E102.
