Flavour Profile
We have used milk chocolate in this recipe to allow the full flavour of strawberry to come through. We have whipped up a strawberry puree to add to our ganache and it is dee-lightful! Try it for yourself!
Ingredients:
Eggs, Ground almonds, Sugar, unsalted butter, milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass (35%), SOY lecithin (E322), natural vanilla flavouring), Strawberry Puree, Double cream, Lemon juice, Sea salt, Food colourings, glycerine, silicon dioxide, propylene glycol.
Allergens: dairy, nuts (almonds), egg whites, soya
We use natural and naturally derived food colourings wherever possible but your macarons may contain up to 4 of the following: E129, E124, E104, E122, E110, E133, E155, E153, E102.
