November Subscription Gift Box

So you're interested in receiving macarons each month? Or perhaps gifting a special someone with the gift of a macaron subscription? 

What is a macaron subscription? 

Our macaron subscription is just that. Each month our team will send out a gift box of 12 macarons, two tea bags supplied by Shibui Tea and a carefully curated gift; chosen by Mademoiselle Rachel herself.  

What flavours of macarons will I receive?

Our subscription boxes will be made up from limited edition special macaron flavours and classic favourites. If you have any questions or specific allergies do contact us and we'll do our best to help.

How long does a subscription last?

We have a range of options available; from our monthly special box - to see what all the fuss is about and see whether a subscription might be for you - or a year prepaid upfront there's an option to suit all macaron lovers. 

Can I send a subscription as a gift?

Oui! Our subscriptions make fantastique gifts and are the gift that keeps on giving! Simply pop the recipient's address details in at the checkout and we'll send their boxes directly to them each month. Make sure to leave a note to them at checkout so we can let them know who it's from.

Please note that the customer portal where you access information about your subscription will be set up under the email address of the sender. Please get in touch if you need to change this.

When will I (or the lucky recipient!) receive the subscription boxes?

Our Subscriptions have changed for 2023.

If you order a subscription before the 15th of the month, your first box will be dispatched the next working day by our team. You will then be charged for your next box on the 1st of the following month - and you will receive your next box on the 2nd / 3rd.

If you order after the 15th of the month, the box will be dispatched on the 1st of the following month.

All rolling subscription boxes are now dispatched on 1st of the month (or just after)

You can check your subscription delivery schedule in your customer portal. Here you can skip, or add further boxes as per your requirements, change the delivery address or extend / amend an existing subscription type.

Can I update my subscription; skip a month here and there?

Yes, in your customer portal you can access your delivery schedule. If you'd like to skip a month simply do so by 25th of the month to ensure the next order isn't generated on 1st of the month.

Will I be charged shipping?

Non. All of our macaron subscriptions; whether monthly payments or prepaid are priced inclusive of shipping.

What are the free gifts?

Our carefully curated selection of gifts are chosen and showcase brands we love; from Shibui Tea to The Fernery we're delighted to work with small suppliers who have the same ethos as Mademoiselle Macaron. When will my subscription box arrive?

All subscription boxes are dispatched on 1st of the month (or just after if the first is Saturday/Sunday). When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification from Royal Mail or APC with tracking details. This will allow you to follow the macarons on their journey, with a delivery time slot provided. 

When will I receive my next box?

If you start your subscription before the 15th of the month, you will receive the first box when your first order is placed. Your next subscription box will be charged and dispatched on the 1st of the next month thereafter.

If you've chosen a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription you will receive the number of shipments noted (3, 6 or 12) Alternatively, if you've chosen a monthly recurring subscription until you let us know you would like to stop your subscription.

Where do you ship?

We currently offer our subscription boxes for shipping across the UK, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

Do I need to pay shipping for my subscription boxes?

No, shipping isn't charged on subscription boxes - this is included in the price of the subscription (whether prepaid or monthly payments are chosen)

The tracking number isn’t working, what can I do and where is my parcel?

Although your tracking number is sent to you immediately after we pack and seal your box, it sometimes takes a few hours for it to get scanned and placed into the system so don’t worry if it doesn’t come up right away.

If you are worried about where it is, APC or Royal Mail are the best points of contact.

All of our macarons are made by hand using local and fresh ingredients where possible. 

We are certified by SALSA as being a safe and local supplier requiring us to pass rigorous external auditing processes.

Our core range of macarons have received official gluten free certification. However, some seasonal flavours do contain gluten products e.g. Biscoff and Cookies and Cream. These will be labelled on the allergen information available for each individual flavour.

All macarons are suitable for vegetarians.

We use natural and naturally derived food colourings wherever possible but our macarons may contain up to 4 of the following: E129, E124, E104, E122, E110, E133, E155, E153, E102.

*(Warning: E102, E104, E110, E122, E124, E129 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention of children).

- To get the best quality of printing, we advise printing on white macarons. These are Vanilla flavour.

- Please upload a high quality image, roughly 3000 pixels if possible.

- For all printed products we can print a maximum of 3 different uploaded photos or images. Please do Contact Us if you would like to print further images and our team will endeavour to help where possible.

- Where possible, we will contact you if the file you have uploaded does not print well on a macaron.

- Please note that macarons average 4cm in diameter and as such it is not always possible to print extensive details on a macaron shell.
