Our Mademoiselle
When our founder first wandered into a local pâtisserie and life was never the same again. Inspired (obsessed?) by these culinary jewels, these flavoursome miniature works of art she encountered, she enrolled in the school of iconic Chef Alain Ducasse. Where she learned the secrets of macarons made the right way. The Parisienne way.
Back in Scotland she got to work. Creating new flavours of macarons, colourful, beautiful, délicieux. Always with a burning desire to not only recreate that first magical moment in the City of Lights, but to share it with others, wherever they might be....
