Please note that these trays do not come in gift packaging. The trays we use have proven to be robust in transit (provided the postman doesn't use them as a football).

Granulated sugar, ground almonds, icing sugar, egg whites, unsalted butter (milk), whole raspberries, white chocolate (28.1% cocoa solids, contains soya), double cream (milk), vanilla extract, pectin, sea salt; humectant: vegetable glycerine E422; thickener: silicon dioxide E551; colours: E122*, E129*, E133, E170i. Decoration: sprinkles (sugar, modified maize starch, vegetable fat (palm), colouring foods (E100, E120, E133, E163), glucose syrup, anti-caking agent).
