You can buy French macarons online through our website and choose all sorts of colours and flavours. We ship across the UK on next day delivery services and let you pre-order your macarons ahead of your preferred delivery date,
These are delicate macarons so we know you might have some questions about delivery. We've captured some key pieces of information below,

We currently offer shipping across the UK, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
Unfortunately due to the implications of Brexit, we are not able to send our macarons outside of the UK.
We offer free delivery for orders over £40. These are sent with Royal Mail tracked delivery service.
Standard delivery for orders below £40 is £2.95 and these are sent with Royal Mail on a tracked service which can take 1-2 days.
You can choose Royal Mail Next Day Delivery at checkout for £6.50 to ensure your macarons get to you exactly when you need them.
Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm is available for £7.50.
We use Royal Mail for the majority of our orders but if you have ordered a macaron tower for weddings and events or a large volume order, we may send this with DPD.
Both couriers offer a tracking service so you can keep an eye on your order.
The order cut off time for next day deliveries is 12pm, Monday - Friday. Any orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day.
If you choose a preferred delivery date at the checkout and have chosen free or standard shipping, our team will dispatch 2 days ahead of that date with Royal Mail,
For orders with next day or guaranteed delivery, we will send these one day prior to your preferred delivery date.
If you have not entered a preferred delivery date at checkout we will dispatch your order for the next working day big you have ordered before 12pm.
We recommend placing an order online as early as possible and selecting your preferred delivery date at checkout especially if you are looking for a bespoke macaron tower.
We accept orders until end of 2025 and into 2026!
If you are ordering for an event, we recommend taking delivery of the macarons 1-2 days beforehand to allow for any delays caused by mishandling of parcels by couriers.
Our macarons are packaged safely and last for up to 7 days in transit at room temperature.
However, we recommend that our macarons are eaten within 7 days and are best stored in the fridge when they have been delivered.
Make sure to bring them to room temperature a couple of hours before serving for the best flavour and texture.

A complimentary tracked shipping service for orders over £40. Orders are dispatched 2 business days before the selected delivery date and typically arrive within 1-2 business days.

Next-Day Delivery – Royal Mail
A premium next-day delivery service, available for purchases placed within the cut-off time.
Delivery Days: Tuesday to Saturday. Delivery can be made up to 8pm

A high-priority delivery service with guaranteed arrival by 1pm the next business day, perfect for time sensitive orders.

DPD Courier
If you have ordered our macaron towers, we will send this with DPD courier on a next day guaranteed service. Delivery can be made up to 8pm
If you need to amend an address, note or delivery date please contact us as soon as possible.
During the busy periods our macaron packing team will be very busy and if your order has been scheduled for dispatch we may be unable to make changes. Any changes requested after 10am on the day of dispatch cannot be amended.
Panic not! If you've paid by PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or any other express pay option this can sometimes happen. However, it is because the final transaction detail takes place off site to our website. It does not mean the recipient will be charged.
We'll never include any prices or invoice information with our shipments. If you've received an order confirmation - you're set! Unless you have stolen your friend's credit card, we can't charge them!
We kindly ask that if you are looking to order multiple boxes of macarons all to different addresses that you place these orders separately.
If you have a large number of orders you are looking to place on behalf of a business or organisation, we can work with you to dispatch these if addresses can be provided in a spreadsheet. Contact us to enquire.
We include a flavour guide and macaron passport with every order.
All of our macarons are suitable for vegetarians.
We have French vegan macarons available to buy online.
Our macarons are not officially halal certified.

You can either leave a note to be printed on the packing slip or you can buy one of our greetings cards and your message will be handwritten inside. You can select this at checkout.
Leave your message in the additional notes section on the shopping cart page before proceeding to checkout.
We never include billing information with our orders, just the packing slip!
You can select local pick up at checkout and come to our kitchen Monday.- Friday between 10am and 4pm. You will receive an email to confirm that your order is ready to pick up. If you are running late to collect your order, call us on 0131 285 5820 or contact us.
When your order is dispatched from our kitchen, you will receive a notification from Royal Mail with tracking details. This will allow you to follow the macarons on their journey through Royal Mail's tracking page:

For DPD orders, tracking updates will be provided as the order is dispatched, shipped, and delivered directly from DPD via email and text message.

For further information or queries regarding a dispatched order, we recommend contacting the courier directly. Once a parcel is in the hands of the courier, we are unable to control delivery.
Please note that if you have chosen our standard shipping, shipping can take up to 2 days to arrive and will not be considered late until after that time period has passed.
You should receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched. You can use this on Royal Mail's tracking website. If there are any delays caused by Royal Mail, we advise contacting them in the first instance as they will be better equipped to locate your parcel.
Please check that you have entered the delivery details correctly when placing your order, we can't take responsibility for missed deliveries due to an incorrect address.
