Where do you ship?

We currently offer shipping across the UK, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. 

How much does delivery cost?

We send our orders with Royal Mail. Delivery charges depend on the service chosen:

- £3.50 for Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery 

- £6.50 for Special Delivery Guaranteed

- £9.50 for Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed 

When will my macarons arrive?

We ship orders UK wide using Royal Mail as our third party shipping provider. We use their 24 hour  tracked delivery service. These do not require a signature. You can see Royal Mail for their full terms and conditions.

Please note that our cut off for delivery is 12pm, Monday to Friday. Therefore an order placed after 12pm on a Friday would not be shipped until the following Monday.

Please note that this is not a guaranteed service. The Royal Mail specify that the 24 hour tracked service is an 'aimed for' service where the majority of parcels reach their destination within 24 hours. No complaints can be made until 7 days have passed without delivery.

Please note that some UK areas are currently only receiving limited Royal Mail deliveries due to COVID-19 resourcing issues - check to see if your area is affected:

Orders are only shipped Monday through Friday and delivery may take up to 6 pm to be delivered.

Will my macarons arrive fresh?

Our macarons have been through laboratory testing to check for shelf life and although best refrigerated, that can stay out of the fridge for up to a week. 

So, if I order now, they’ll be with me tomorrow?

In theory yes but this depends on when you placed your order and if you chose 24 hour shipping.

Orders are processed for shipping from 8am to midday. Any orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following day, with the exception of orders placed on a Friday or during the weekend, in which case any orders placed after midday will be processed on following Monday.

We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or Scottish bank holidays.

You will be sent a dispatch notification via email to tell you your order is on its way.

We are seeing that Royal Mail is experiencing some delays with Tracked 24 parcels; some customers are reporting their macarons arriving on the 2nd working day or the morning of the 3rd. Please bear with us and reach out if you have concerns, but in the first instance, the Royal Mail Track and Trace system should be your first port of call.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a Royal Mail tracking number via email. You can track via their website here

The tracking number isn’t working, what can I do and where is my parcel?

Although your tracking number is sent to you immediately after we pack and seal your box, it sometimes takes a few hours for it to get scanned and placed into the system so don’t worry if it doesn’t come up right away.

If you are worried about where it is, Royal Mail are best suited to handle enquiries and locate your parcel. Try calling on 03457 740 740.

What about special occasions like Christmas and Easter, do you deliver then?

As we use Royal Mail for our deliveries we are subject to their working hours over bank holidays. We will send as close as we can to the special day but this may mean your macarons arrive a couple of days before the specific public holiday.  All customers will be sent a tracking number with which you can track your parcel and kept in the loop during seasonal holidays.
