Hazelnut Praline

We caramelise almonds and hazelnuts to make the delicious praline filling for this macaron et voila, a taste of Paris!

Icing sugar, groundalmonds, granulated sugar,eggwhites, unsaltedbutter (milk), praline paste (hazelnuts 50.0%; sugar 49.5%; emulsifier: soya lecithin <1%); humectant: vegetable glycerine E422; colour carrier: mono propylene glycol E1520; thickener: silicon dioxide E551; colours: E102*, E153, E155. 
*May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Dairy, nuts (almonds, hazelnuts), eggs, soya.
