Birthday Cake

The perfect birthday cake...in a macaron! Featuring a smooth creamy buttercream and a surprise home-made jam centre! AND sprinkles to boot - there's no better macaron to choose to wish someone a many happy returns!
Sugar, egg whites, almonds, unsalted butter, double cream, white chocolate (28.1% cocoa solids, contains soya), vanilla extract, raspberries, sea salt, pectin, sprinkles (sugar, modified maize starch, vegetable fat (palm), colouring foods [concentrates from spirulina, safflower, lemon, radish, sweet potato], glucose syrup, anti-caking agent]. Food colourings.
Dairy, nuts (almonds), egg whites.
We use natural and naturally derived food colourings wherever possible but your macarons may contain up to 4 of the following: E129, E124, E104, E122, E110, E133, E155, E153, E102.
