Our Cherry macaron features a sweet burst of cherry flavour, in a light buttercream sandwiched between two macaron shells.
Ground almonds, icing sugar, granulated sugar, egg whites, cherry puree (glucose – fructose syrup, raspberries, sugar, gelling agent: pectin acid: citric acid, acidity regulator: sodium citrates), unsalted butter (milk), white chocolate (28.1% cocoa solids, contains soya), lemon juice (glucose – fructose syrup, cream (milk), sugar, water, lemon juice from concentrate (8%)), cornflour, whole milk, sea salt; humectant: vegetable glycerine E422; colour carrier: mono propylene glycol E1520; thickener: silicon dioxide E551; colours: E102*, E122*, E124*, E129*, E153, E155.
