Chocolate Caramel

The classic Chocolate Caramel macaron just got a lot more boujie. Deep, dark chocolate with a seductive gold dusting, because we don’t do subtle. Inside the golden shell is a decadent chocolate ganache with flavours of rich caramel that lingers.

Ground almonds, icing sugar, granulated sugar, double cream (milk), chocolate (54.1% cocoa solids, contains soya), egg whites, unsalted butter (milk), sea salt; humectant: vegetable glycerine E422; colour carrier: mono propylene glycol E1520; thickener: silicon dioxide E551; colours: E102*, E153, E155. Decoration: food colours pray (ethanol; colours: titanium dioxide E171, iron oxide E172; water; vegetable oil (sunflower); emulsifier: polysorbate 80 E433; propellants: butane E943a, isobutane E943b, propane E944).

Dairy, nuts (almonds), egg, soya.
