Dark Blue Chocolate

Rich and intense chocolate ganache made using the finest Belgian chocolate, oui c'est bon.
We have given this classic French macaron a twist for our Monsieur Macaron Gift Box and coloured it mid blue.
Ground almonds, icing sugar, granulated sugar, chocolate (54.1% cocoa solids, contains soya), egg whites, double cream (milk), unsalted butter (milk), sea salt, humectant: vegetable glycerine E422; colour carrier: mono propylene glycol E1520; thickener: silicon dioxide E551; colours: E122*, E133, E155.
*May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Dairy, nuts (almonds), eggs, soya.
