Our Hot Cross Bun Macarons take the warm, spiced nostalgia of the beloved Easter bake and transform it into a delicate French macaron. Infused with fragrant cinnamon, citrus zest, and a hint of vanilla, each bite is a perfect balance of soft, chewy almond shells and a smooth, spiced buttercream filling.

Granulated sugar, ground almonds (nuts), icing sugar, eggwhites, white chocolate (28.1% cocoa solids, contains soya), double cream (milk), whole milk (milk), eggs yolks, sultanas, unsalted butter (milk), cornflour, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, orange zest, sea salt; humectant: vegetable glycerine E422; colour carrier: mono propylene glycol E1520; thickener: silicon dioxide E551; colours: tartrazine E102*, brown HT E155. Decoration: Royal Icing (eggs white, icing sugar, lemon juice)
