Praline

We caramelise almonds and hazelnuts to make the delicious praline filling for this macaron et voila, a taste of Paris!

Sugar, egg whites, almonds, unsalted butter, praline (hazelnuts 50.0%; sugar 49.5%; emulsifier: soya lecithin <1%). Food colourings.

Eggs, dairy, nuts (almonds and hazelnuts), soy.

Food colourings: E422, E1520, E551, E155, E153, E102*.
