Cast your eyes on our colourful flavour selection: from classic vanilla to fruity raspberry, fragrant rose to the more unusual Irn Bru flavour.
We have 20 core flavours, and a number of macarons available as limited edition at any one time. There are over 50 recipes in our repertoire but there's always room to create a bespoke flavour if you want!
Apricot & Cardamom
Delicious fresh apricot buttercream flavoured with delicious cardamom. A taste of middle eastern spices.

Caramel Apple
Inspired by the delicious taste of toffee apples around the bonfire. Feel the warmth of the caramel against the perfectly sharp but sweet apple jam.

Chai Latte
Warm, spicy, and already irresistible, we’ve crafted the ultimate Chai Latte macaron. Creamy chai spiced buttercream wrapped in delicate shells.

Champagne
What's better than a glass of fizz? Our most luxurious Champagne filled macaron... Mademoiselle's favourite.

Cherry
Our Cherry macaron features a sweet burst of cherry flavour, in a light buttercream sandwiched between two macaron shells.

Our Limoncello macaron is filled with buttercream that’s pure lemony indulgence, light, citrusy, and with a hint of that classic Italian limoncello sweetness.
