We have 20 core flavours, and a number of macarons available as limited edition at any one time. There are over 50 recipes in our repertoire but there's always room to create a bespoke flavour if you want!
Apricot & Cardamom
Delicious fresh apricot buttercream flavoured with delicious cardamom. A taste of middle eastern spices.

A moment for Girlhood (insert sparkle emoji!) The Candy Floss macaron is for your bestie living in her finest party girl era. With a shimmering metallic shell and hand piped stars to give it that extra sparkle.

Warm, spicy, and already irresistible, we’ve crafted the ultimate Chai Latte macaron. Creamy chai spiced buttercream wrapped in delicate shells.

What's better than a glass of fizz? Our most luxurious Champagne filled macaron... Mademoiselle's favourite.

Cherry
Our Cherry macaron features a sweet burst of cherry flavour, in a light buttercream sandwiched between two macaron shells.

Our Elderflower and Peach macaron is a floral-fruity rendezvous, filled with creamy buttercream that’s flavoured with peach and a touch of elderflower.

A sensational cocktail loved by every Mademoiselle, now captured in one bite. Our macaron inspired by the classic espresso martini, features luscious Kahlúa buttercream and rich coffee flavours.

Our Limoncello macaron is filled with buttercream that’s pure lemony indulgence, light, citrusy, and with a hint of that classic Italian limoncello sweetness.
