We have 20 core flavours, and a number of macarons available as limited edition at any one time. There are over 50 recipes in our repertoire but there's always room to create a bespoke flavour if you want!
Birthday Cake

A floral white chocolate ganache with a sour cherry centre.
Chocolate
Chocolate lovers, this one’s for you. Deep, dark macarons filled with rich, intense Belgian chocolate ganache. Bold, luxurious, and impossible to resist.
Ground almonds, icing sugar, granulated sugar, chocolate (54.1% cocoa solids, contains soya), egg whites, double cream (milk), unsalted butter (milk), sea salt, humectant: vegetable glycerine E422; colour carrier: mono propylene glycol E1520; thickener: silicon dioxide E551; colours: E102*, E153, E155.

Chocolate Caramel
The classic Chocolate Caramel macaron just got a lot more boujie. Deep, dark chocolate with a seductive gold dusting, because we don’t do subtle. Inside the golden shell is a decadent chocolate ganache with flavours of rich caramel that lingers.

Chocolate Mint
Rich and intense chocolate ganache made using the finest Belgian chocolate with a hint of mint. Perfect for after dinner at 8.00pm or the hour of your choosing.
Chocolate Strawberry
We have used milk chocolate in this recipe to allow the full flavour of strawberry to come through. We have whipped up a strawberry puree to add to our ganache and it is dee-lightful! Try it for yourself!
Coconut

Coffee
Considered a classic flavour, our coffee macaron is a perfect coffee break treat, for a moment of indulgence.
Earl Grey
A quirky take on this afternoon tea classic made using loose tea leaves and bergamot.
Icing sugar, ground almonds, granulated sugar, egg whites, unsalted butter (milk), water, Earl Grey ground tea, lemon juice (glucose – fructose syrup, sugar, water, lemon juice from concentrate (8%)), sea salt, bergamot flavouring; humectant: vegetable glycerine E422; colour carrier: mono propylene glycol E1520; thickener: silicon dioxide E551; colours: E153, E170i.
Hazelnut Praline
We caramelise almonds and hazelnuts to make the delicious praline filling for this macaron et voila, a taste of Paris!
Irn Bru
Our cheeky Scottish flavour, made with real Irn Bru!
Lemon
One bite and our Lemon macaron will have you exclaiming, ooh la la! It's sophisticated and balanced flavour comes straight from the zest and juice of lemons, all squeezed by hand.

Orange Blossom
When founder, Rachel, went to the Alain Ducasse Cookery School, this was the first flavour of macaron she made. Ever since, it's been a firm favourite with the intensity of flavour coming straight from orange zest and juice, no artificial flavourings in sight.

Pistachio
The iconic green macaron, with a creamy filling that contains chunks of real pistachio mixed in with Belgian white chocolate.

Raspberry
An indisputable classic, this fresh fruity flavour pairs well with tea or perhaps un coup de champagne.
Rose
We understand it's polite to send flowers for gifts, but why not send rose macarons instead? This perfectly balanced flavour is made with a white chocolate ganache with a dash of rose water.
Salted Caramel
Salted caramel is so à la mode, and for good reason- it’s rich, indulgent and decadent. Undeniably one of Mademoiselle Macaron’s most popular flavours; it is a repeat winner at the Great Taste Awards.

Strawberry
Starting with a strawberry purée, we add fresh cream and Scottish butter to whip this flavour up into an indulgent delight for your tastebuds.
Vanilla
A classic, light and delicate flavour. Vanilla was the first ever flavour of macaron that founder, Rachel, tasted on the Champs Elysées many years ago in Paris which inspired the creation of Mademoiselle Macaron.
