All of our macarons are made by hand using local and fresh ingredients where possible. 

We are certified by SALSA as bering a safe and local supplier for our wholesale customers.

Although our macarons are made largely in a gluten free environment where the risk of cross contamination is very low, our macarons are pending official gluten free certification.

All macarons are suitable for vegetarians.
