Top Tips for Ordering this Christmas
Our team work hard to dispatch all of your orders ahead of Christmas, and our customer service demands increase in December. Whilst we love a chat - particularly Mademoiselle Carolyn! - we hope this page might help with some FAQs. Oui, unfortunately, we've reached capacity for our orders for 2023 as of 15th December. We're always sad when we have to close our order books but, we're keen to ensure all of the pre-orders reach our customers ahead of their festive celebrations. You can still purchase digital gifts though, and, we will be shipping some orders on 27th and 28th December.
Macarons last for up to 7-10 days best kept refrigerated so you can pre-order now, choosing a preferred delivery date closer to Christmas at checkout. The last date you can receive macarons is 23rd December if special delivery guaranteed option is selected at checkout. You can also note the date in the "additional notes" at the checkout for our team.
Our macarons keep fresh for up to 7-10 days when stored in the fridge. Our packing team will also apply a "best before" label on the base of your gift boxes or trays.
Oui, we offer "ship to multiple addresses" - simply tick the box at the checkout, choose the number of boxes being sent to each address and enter the details in each case. At the next step you will be able to choose a preferred delivery date, and pop in a message for the recipient (or our team!) there.
Unfortunately, we can't offer shipping to multiple addresses for our "create your own boxes".
Yes, whilst we'd love to offer free shipping, courier costs have increased and, if you're opting to "ship to multiple addresses" you will be charged the shipping fee in each case. You can choose from Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour delivery, or, Special Delivery Guaranteed during the ordering process.
If you choose a preferred delivery date at the checkout our team will dispatch 1-2 days ahead with Royal Mail.
If you choose Royal Mail Tracked 24, the shipping can take 1-2 business days, so, wherever possible we'll send 2 days ahead of your requested date. This may mean in some instances your shipment may arrive early, but, pop them in the fridge and they'll keep fresh.
If you choose Special Delivery Guaranteed, we will send this 24 hours prior to requested delivery date.
Our hardworking team of packing and kitchen Mesdemoiselles are baking and dispatching up to 22nd December. We will be dispatching Tracked 24 parcels up to 21st December, and, Special Delivery parcels up to 22nd December. We will then return to the kitchen on 27th and 28th to send out more orders.
If you order after midday on 21st December and do not select guaranteed delivery then we cannot guarantee your order will arrive before Christmas.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour shipping service which delivers parcels within a 24 hour window in 94% off cases. Delivery within 24 hours is not guaranteed with this shipping option.
Special Delivery Guaranteed is a guaranteed delivery service and is an upgraded option available at checkout.
We do ask that you check over your order carefully, if you need to amend an address, note or delivery date please do contact us as soon as possible. Our macaron packing team will be very busy, and, whilst we'll do our best if your order has been scheduled for dispatch we may be unable to make changes.
Absolutely, you can either leave a note to be printed on the packing slip or you can buy one of our Christmas cards and your message will be handwritten inside. You can select this at checkout.
Unfortunately we're not able to offer the option for gift-wrapping, but, we hope you'll consider our gift boxes just as special without bells and whistles - though feel free to add your own! Our favour boxes are supplied with ribbon as standard.
Our packing slips never detail any invoicing or prices. We know many people gift our macarons - who wouldn't?! - so we ensure that the packing slip will show the name of the sender, the recipients name and address, any note included in the "additional notes" section and the product that has been ordered.
Despair not! If you've paid by PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or any other express pay option this can sometimes happen. But, as above, we'll never include any prices or invoice information with our shipments. If you've received an order confirmation - you're set!

If you are choosing to ship to multiple addresses your discount code will be applicable to the items purchased.
Otherwise, the majority of discount codes are single use.
Our discount codes are not applicable to our shipping fees.
Absolutement! We have digital gift cards (sent directly to your email to print) or physical gift certificates available to offer your recipient the gift of choice!
