Top Tips for Ordering French Macarons This Christmas
It's the most wonderful and busiest time of the year!
That's why we wanted to make sure you had all the information you need to make sure you get your macarons in time for festive celebrations in December and the New Year.
If you don't see an answer to your question, please Contact Us or give us a call on 0131 285 5820.
We recommend placing an order online as early as possible and selecting your preferred delivery date at checkout.
Choose 23rd December as your preferred delivery date if you are looking to enjoy these on Christmas Day.
Due to the shelf life of the macarons, we don't recommend you have macarons delivered prior to 19th December if you plan to enjoy then on Christmas Day.
The last date you can receive macarons is 24th December ONLY IF you select the Special Delivery Guaranteed option at checkout.
We recommend that our macarons are eaten within 7 days and are best stored in the fridge. Make sure to bring them to room temperature a couple of hours before serving for the best flavour and texture.
We don’t recommend storing macarons at room temperature (ambient) for more than 3 days as this will affect the texture of the macarons.
If you plan on gifting French macarons, don't choose to have them delivered any earlier than 19th December.
We offer free delivery for orders over £40. These are sent with Royal Mail tracked delivery service.

Our packing slips never detail any invoicing or prices. We know many people gift our macarons - who wouldn't?! - so we ensure that the packing slip will only show the name of the sender, the recipient's name and address, any note included in the additional notes section and the product that has been ordered.
Panic not! If you've paid by PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or any other express pay option this can sometimes happen. However, it is because the final transaction detail takes place off site to our website.
We'll never include any prices or invoice information with our shipments. If you've received an order confirmation - you're set! Unless you have stolen your friend's credit card, we can't charge them!
