If you want good macaron....see Mademoiselle Macaron ! We have ordered many many times from Mademoiselle Macaron. The macarons have been perfect and so flavourful. Just lovely ! I have also attended their macaron making classes. I can only say that they were wonderful. I am disabled and use a wheelchair. They somehow managed to accommodate me. They are a truly superb company that I can only praise to the rafters.

Macaron morning class - a hit! A great morning learning about macaron making. Rachel was engaging and fun. She was an excellent teacher going into the technical side of making this delightful treat. You work as a group to make a lovely big batch of macarons to each take home. Interesting to learn about the different flavours and variations. Also useful to learn about common mistakes folk make in the process. It ran over by 20 mins but I didn't mind, so perhaps advice for others to keep post macaron making plans flexible!
