Just a wee note to say thank you very much for yesterday, we all really enjoyed the morning making macarons. We have already planned to meet up and make our first batch together - hopefully between us and the really clear helpful recipe book we will manage to produce some delicious macarons! We all thought the course was really well organised and good fun and we loved the relaxed atmosphere. The cup of tea and tasty “professional” macarons later in the morning were perfect too.
