Subscription Delivery Information

When will my subscription box arrive?

All subscription boxes are dispatched on 1st of the month (or just after if the first is Saturday/Sunday). When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification from Royal Mail or APC with tracking details. This will allow you to follow the macarons on their journey, with a delivery time slot provided. 

When will I receive my next box?

If you start your subscription before the 15th of the month, you will receive the first box when your first order is placed. Your next subscription box will be charged and dispatched on the 1st of the next month thereafter.

If you've chosen a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription you will receive the number of shipments noted (3, 6 or 12) Alternatively, if you've chosen a monthly recurring subscription until you let us know you would like to stop your subscription.

Where do you ship?

We currently offer our subscription boxes for shipping across the UK, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

Do I need to pay shipping for my subscription boxes?

No, shipping isn't charged on subscription boxes - this is included in the price of the subscription (whether prepaid or monthly payments are chosen)

The tracking number isn’t working, what can I do and where is my parcel?

Although your tracking number is sent to you immediately after we pack and seal your box, it sometimes takes a few hours for it to get scanned and placed into the system so don’t worry if it doesn’t come up right away.

If you are worried about where it is, APC or Royal Mail are the best points of contact.
