Please note that these trays do not come in gift packaging. The trays we use have proven to be robust in transit (provided the postman doesn't use them as a football).

Flavour Profile
We have used milk chocolate in this recipe to allow the full flavour of strawberry to come through. We have whipped up a strawberry puree to add to our ganache and it is dee-lightful! Try it for yourself!
Icing sugar, ground almonds, granulated sugar, egg whites, milk chocolate (34% cocoa solids, contains soya), unsalted butter (milk), double cream (milk), strawberry puree, lemon juice (glucose – fructose syrup, sugar, water, lemon juice from concentrate (8%)), sea salt, freeze dried strawberry; humectant: vegetable glycerine E422; colour carrier: mono propylene glycol E1520; thickener: silicon dioxide E551; colours: E102*, E122*, E124*, E129*, E153, E155.
