Christmas 2023 Shipping Update
For 2023, we are dispatching through to 21st December with Royal Mail Tracked 24, and, 22nd December with Royal Mail Special Delivery. Wherever possible we will try to ensure orders arrive by latest 23rd December, but, do keep a note of your tracking number and use the Royal Mail Track & Trace service in the first instance. For guaranteed shipping and arrival before 1pm on the date requested choose Royal Mail Special Delivery. Our team will try their very best to help but we are hopeful the festive posties will get everything to you!
We will then be shipping on the 27th and 28th December before closing for New Year, and reopening on 3rd January for 2024.
Where do you ship?
We currently offer shipping across the UK, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
How much does delivery cost?
1 to 2 day (Royal Mail Tracked 24) is £4.50.
Special Delivery via Royal Mail is £6.50.
Free for orders over £50.
When will my macarons arrive?
We ship standard orders UK wide using Royal Mail Standard Shipping Tracked 24 (1-2 business days) and Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day).
Whilst 94% of Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipments are delivered within 24 hours, it is a 1 – 2 business day service - there are occasions where it takes 2 days. We cannot be held responsible for orders that do not arrive next day. We would therefore suggest choosing the day before requirement for delivery or ‘Next Day (Special Delivery)’ for time/date critical orders.
No complaints can be made until 7 days have passed without delivery.

Larger Corporate or Special Orders can be sent with DPD.
DPD orders are shipped out the day before your specified date. If an item is ordered before 12pm, then it will be dispatched on the same day if next day delivery is requested. If you're unsure whether you've placed your order ahead of our cut-off, do contact us and one of our team of Mademoiselles will be happy to help. We cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages if a safe place is arranged with DPD.
You will be provided with your DPD tracking details when we dispatch.This will allow you to follow the macarons on their journey, with a delivery time slot provided.
For orders to remote postcodes (Highlands & Islands) or Northern Ireland, DPD may only offer a 2 day service. If this is the case, our team will be in touch to update you.
Orders are only shipped Monday through Friday and delivery may take up to 8 pm to be delivered.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched 1 working day prior to delivery date, cut off for same day dispatch is at 12pm.
Whilst we will do what we can, we cannot guarantee any changes to orders can be made on day of dispatch, even less so after 12pm.
Please make sure shipping details and date is correct (we cannot be held responsible or offer replacement in the case that the order is not sent to the right place or at the right time).
Will my macarons arrive fresh?
Our macarons have been through laboratory testing to check for shelf life and although best refrigerated, can stay out of the fridge for up to 14 days.
How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched from our kitchen, you will notification from Royal Mail with tracking details. This will allow you to follow the macarons on their journey, with a delivery time slot provided.

For DPD orders, tracking updates will be provided as the order is dispatched, shipped, and delivered directly from DPD via email and text message (if a mobile number is provided).

The tracking number isn’t working, what can I do and where is my parcel?
Although your tracking number is sent to you immediately after we pack and seal your box, it sometimes takes a few hours for it to get scanned and placed into the system so don’t worry if it doesn’t come up right away.
What about special occasions like Christmas and Easter, do you deliver then?
As we use Royal Mail and DPD for our deliveries we are subject to their working hours over bank holidays. We will send as close as we can to the special day but this may mean your macarons arrive a couple of days before the specific public holiday. All customers will be sent a tracking number with which you can track your parcel and kept in the loop during seasonal holidays.
All of our macarons are made by hand using local and fresh ingredients where possible. All macarons are suitable for vegetarians. All do contain dairy, eggs and nuts.
Our core range of macarons have received official gluten free certification. However, some seasonal flavours do contain gluten products e.g. Biscoff and Cookies and Cream. These will be labelled on the allergen information available for each individual flavour.
We do have a limited range of Vegan macarons. These are made without eggs or dairy, but, do contain nuts. They are also gluten free.
- To get the best quality of printing, we advise printing on white macarons. These are Vanilla flavour.
- Please upload a high quality image, roughly 3000 pixels if possible.
- For all printed products we can print a maximum of 3 different uploaded photos or images. Please do Contact Us if you would like to print further images and our team will endeavour to help where possible.
- Where possible, we will contact you if the file you have uploaded does not print well on a macaron.
- Please note that macarons average 4cm in diameter and as such it is not always possible to print extensive details on a macaron shell.
What's in the box?
If you don't need our fancy gift packaging and just want to get your hands on our macarons, why not opt for these trays 24 macarons.

The trays we use have proven to be robust in transit (provided the postman doesn't use them as a football).
The trays are made of acrylic and will be put in an external brown box and packaged with biodegradable material to make sure they barely move in transit.
This product will not come in a gift box.
Strawberry
Starting with a strawberry purée, we add fresh cream and Scottish butter to whip this flavour up into an indulgent delight for your tastebuds.
Sugar, egg whites, almonds, unsalted butter, sea salt, strawberry puree, lemon juice (glucose – fructose syrup, sugar, water, lemon juice from concentrate (8%)), freeze dried strawberry. Food colourings.
We use natural and naturally derived food colourings wherever possible but your macarons may contain up to 4 of the following: E129, E124, E104, E122, E110, E133, E155, E153, E102.

Orange Blossom
When founder, Rachel, went to the Alain Ducasse Cookery School, this was the first flavour of macaron she made. Ever since, it's been a firm favourite with the intensity of flavour coming straight from orange zest and juice, no artificial flavourings in sight.
Sugar, egg whites, almonds, unsalted butter, double cream, sea salt, white chocolate (28.1% cocoa solids, contains soya), whole milk, cornflour, orange zest, orange juice, organic orange blossom extract.
We use natural and naturally derived food colourings wherever possible but your macarons may contain up to 4 of the following: E129, E124, E104, E122, E110, E133, E155, E153, E102.

Lemon
One bite and this macaron will have you exclaiming, ooh la la! All flavour comes straight from the zest and juice of lemons, all squeezed by hand.
Sugar, egg whites, almonds, unsalted butter, white chocolate (28.1% cocoa solids, contains soya), lemon juice (glucose – fructose syrup, sugar, water, lemon juice from concentrate (8%)), lemon zest, sea salt, cornflour. Food colourings.

Pistachio
The iconic green macaron, with a creamy filling that contains chunks of real pistachio and a hint of a special ingredient imported from Paris.
Sugar, egg whites, almonds, unsalted butter, sea salt, pistachios, pistachio extract. Food colourings.

Salted Caramel
Salted caramel is so à la mode, and for good reason- it’s rich, indulgent and decadent. Undeniably one of Mademoiselle Macaron’s most popular flavours; it is a repeat winner at the Great Taste Awards.
