Magic Behind Mademoiselle Macaron 💖

At Mademoiselle Macaron, every macaron tells a story and today, we’re celebrating the woman behind many of your favourite flavours: Federica, our Italian trained pastry chef.

Federica has been part of the Mademoiselle Macaron family since 2017, bringing her creativity, precision, and Italian flair to our kitchen. As our recipe developer, she’s the talent behind over 100 macaron flavours, and she’s leaving a recipe book full of magic to keep our macarons deliciously inspired while she takes a very special break.

Because right now, Federica is baking her most exciting creation yet… a baby! 💕

She’ll be heading off on maternity leave in April, and we couldn’t think of a more perfect woman to celebrate.

Birthday Cake  - “I love the vanilla shells with a raspberry jam centre.”

“I’m most proud of how much I’ve grown personally and professionally in the last 6+ years.”

“Sachertorte - I can’t wait to try it someday!”

“They’re not biscuits!! They’re not wee cakes!! They’re pure magic ✨”

👶 What are you most excited about becoming a mum?
“Getting to know this small baby and see her grow up… but I’m also a little terrified!”

💌 What do you want to say to your mum this Mother’s Day?
“Thank you - you never say it enough!”
