Chocolate Strawberry

We have used milk chocolate in this recipe to allow the full flavour of strawberry to come through. We have whipped up a strawberry puree to add to our ganache and it is dee-lightful! Try it for yourself!

Icing sugar, ground almonds, granulated sugar, eggwhites, milk chocolate(34% cocoa solids, containssoya), unsaltedbutter (milk), doublecream (milk), strawberry puree, lemon juice (glucose – fructose syrup, sugar, water, lemon juice from concentrate (8%)), sea salt, freeze dried strawberry; humectant: vegetable glycerine E422; colour carrier: mono propylene glycol E1520; thickener: silicon dioxide E551; colours: E102*, E122*, E124*, E129*, E153, E155.
*May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Dairy, nuts (almonds), egg, soya.
