Chocolate Strawberry

We have used milk chocolate in this recipe to allow the full flavour of strawberry to come through. We have whipped up a strawberry puree to add to our ganache and it is dee-lightful! Try it for yourself!

Sugar, egg whites, almonds, unsalted butter, double cream, milk chocolate (34% cocoa solids, contains soya), strawberry puree, lemon juice (glucose – fructose syrup, sugar, water, lemon juice from concentrate (8%)), freeze dried strawberry, sea salt. Food colourings.

Dairy, nuts (almonds), egg whites, soya.

We use natural and naturally derived food colourings wherever possible but your macarons may contain up to 4 of the following: E129, E124, E104, E122, E110, E133, E155, E153, E102.
