Full Time - Fixed Term Contract
Here at Mademoiselle Macaron, we're looking for someone who can help us dispatch our online orders and pack our French macarons into gift boxes during the busy Christmas period!
We have a temporary position for 5 weeks, available starting at the middle of November. The role is full time, 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Usual shift is 9-5, flexibility required occasionally.
We're a small, friendly team and need someone who can pay attention to detail as every order is unique as well as someone who is able to work quickly and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of hygiene. Experience with order processing and e-commerce platforms (i.e. Shopify) is preferable, but not necessary.
Main Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders
- Packaging and labelling for dispatch
- Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Great attention to detail
- Have a commitment to quality work and reliability.
- Be able to follow instructions and procedures.
- Be willing to gain new skills and experience.
We are an accredited living wage employer. No company sponsorship is available to overseas applicants for this position.
We will ask candidates to attend an interview where you will speak to the operations manager and fulfilment manager. We would also need candidates to do a short trial with the packing team (approximately one hour).
