Flavour Profile
If you like Pina Coladas and dancing in the rain... then this is the flavour for you! With rum whisked into the middle of this macaron, we've piped a layer of pineapple curd on top of the cream so that when you bite into this macaron it should be a layered taste sensation. Delicious!
Ingredients:
Sugar, egg whites, ground almonds, unsalted butter, icing sugar, Food Colourings, glycerine, silicon dioxide, propylene glycol.
Allergens: dairy, nuts (almonds), egg whites.
