Salted caramel is so à la mode, and for good reason- it’s rich, indulgent and decadent. Undeniably one of Mademoiselle Macaron’s most popular flavours; it is a repeat winner at the Great Taste Awards.

Granulated sugar, ground almonds, icing sugar, egg whites, double cream (milk), unsalted butter(milk), water, sea salt; humectant: vegetable glycerine E422; colour carrier: mono propylene glycol E1520; thickener: silicon dioxide E551; colours: carmoisine E122*, brilliant blue FCF E133, brow HT E155, calcium carbonate E170i.
