When will my macarons arrive?
We ship standard orders UK wide using Royal Mail Standard Shipping Tracked 24 (1-2 business days) and APC (next day).
Whilst 94% of Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipments are delivered within 24 hours, it is a 1 – 2 business day service - there are occasions where it takes 2 days. We cannot be held responsible for orders that do not arrive next day. We would therefore suggest choosing the day before requirement for delivery or ‘Next Day (APC)’ for time/date critical orders.
No complaints can be made until 7 days have passed without delivery.
You can see Royal Mail for their full terms and conditions.
