One bite and our Lemon macaron will have you exclaiming, ooh la la! It's sophisticated and balanced flavour comes straight from the zest and juice of lemons, all squeezed by hand.
Granulated sugar, ground almonds, icing sugar, egg whites, unsalted butter (milk), lemon juice (glucose – fructose syrup, sugar, water, lemon juice from concentrate (8%)), whole egg, lemon zest, vanilla extract, cornflour, humectant: vegetable glycerine E422; thickener: silicon dioxide E551; colours: E102*, E104*.
