An indisputable classic, this fresh fruity flavour pairs well with tea or perhaps un coup de champagne.
Ground almonds, icing sugar, granulated sugar, egg whites, raspberry puree (glucose – fructose syrup, raspberries, sugar, gelling agent: pectin acid: citric acid, acidity regulator: sodium citrates), unsalted butter (milk), white chocolate (28.1% cocoa solids, contains soya), lemon juice (glucose – fructose syrup, cream (milk), sugar, water, lemon juice from concentrate (8%)), cornflour, whole milk, sea salt; humectant: vegetable glycerine E422; thickener: silicon dioxide E551; colours: E122*, E129*.
