Vanilla

A classic, light and delicate flavour. Vanilla was the first ever flavour of macaron that founder, Rachel, tasted on the Champs Elysées many years ago in Paris which inspired the creation of Mademoiselle Macaron.

Ground almonds, icing sugar, granulated sugar,eggwhites, unsalted butter (milk), vanilla extract, sea salt.  

Dairy, nuts (almonds), eggs.
