Strawberry

Starting with a strawberry purée, we add fresh cream and Scottish butter to whip this flavour up into an indulgent delight for your tastebuds.
Icing sugar, ground almonds, granulated sugar, egg whites, unsalted butter (milk), strawberry puree, lemon juice (glucose – fructose syrup, sugar, water, lemon juice from concentrate (8%)), freeze dried strawberry, sea salt; humectant: vegetable glycerine E422; color carrier: mono propylene glycol E1520; thickener: silicon dioxide E551; colours: E102*, E124*, E129*, E153, E155.
