Ruby decorated macaron. Ingredients below only for the shells, the food colouring and the decoration. Flavour ingredients depend on the selected filing.
Ground almonds, icing sugar, granulated sugar, egg whites; humectant: vegetable glycerine E422; colour carrier: mono propylene glycol E1520; thickener: silicon dioxide E551; colours: tartrazine E102*, carmoisine E122*, ponceau 4R E124*, allura red E129*, vegetable carbon E153, brown HT E155. Decoration: food colour spray (propellants, alcohol, colours: iron oxides E172, butane E943a, iso-butane E9043b, propane E944).
