Sapphire decorated macaron. Ingredients below only for the shells, the food colouring and the decoration. Flavour ingredients depend on the selected filing.
Ground almonds, icing sugar, granulated sugar, egg whites;
humectant: vegetable glycerine E422; colour carrier: mono propylene glycol E1520; thickener: silicon dioxide E551; colours: carmoisine E122*, brilliant blue FCF E133, vegetable carbon E155. Decoration: food colour spray (propellants: E943a, E943b, E944; ethyl alcohol; colours: titanium dioxide E171; brilliant blue E133; flavour).
