Ivory Earl Grey Tea

C’est le thé with an upgrade. The French macaron with everything you want from an afternoon tea in one bite. Ivory macarons filled with velvety Earl Grey buttercream, infused with flavour from loose tea leaves and bergamot.
Icing sugar, ground almonds, granulated sugar, egg whites, unsalted butter (milk), water, Earl Grey ground tea, lemon juice (glucose – fructose syrup, sugar, water, lemon juice from concentrate (8%)), sea salt, bergamot flavouring.
Dairy, nuts (almonds), egg.
